By downloading or using Recallia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of Recallia

Recallia is provided to help you capture and recall daily moments. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, captions, and other content you upload to Recallia. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload any content you provide.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Recallia to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Recallia at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimer of Warrenties

Recallia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recallia and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
